A/O Assistente Administrativo fornecerá suporte administrativo moderadamente complexo, variado à rotina. Buscamos um profissional que coordene, integre e implemente funções administrativas ou de pessoal atribuídas.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Aplicar conhecimentos sobre operações de departamentos e infraestrutura, políticas e procedimentos para a realização de processos administrativos moderadamente complexos.
  • Solicitar, coletar e organizar documentação e dados, realizando entrada de dados moderadamente complexa em um ou mais sistemas.
  • Receber e retransmitir mensagens e responder a solicitações administrativas rotineiras.
  • Lidar com questões de suporte administrativo, técnico ou de suporte ao cliente moderadamente complexas sob supervisão geral, ao mesmo tempo em que agrava questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

MÍNIMAS

  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Pacote Office Intermediário.
  • Conhecimento do processo de notas e manifestos.
  • Atendimento ao cliente.

DESEJÁVEL

  • Ensino Superior Cursando.
  • Experiência com emissão de notas fiscais.
