Owatonna Manufacturing Plant

Cargill's Owatonna pet food manufacturing plant is located on the west side of town, in an industrial park. It has roughly 80,000 square feet of production space and employs over 25 employees who contribute to the success of Cargill and the community.  The Plant has been manufacturing pet food since 1970 when it was built and was bought by Cargill in 2019. Owatonna is a nice, charming, little town with a rich history. It is home to a variety of workplaces, shopping stores, restaurants, parks & trails for outdoor activities, movie theatres, libraries, hospitals, and places to worship. And we can’t forget the largest County Free Fair in Minnesota which is held in Owatonna yearly.

Production: health benefits commence on the 1st day of the following month once employment initiates.
Salary: health benefits commence on the 1st of the month following the date of hire.

Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for select production positions. 
The amount is determined by the candidate's experience and skill set.
