Waco Protein Processing Plant

Waco is a city in McLennan County, situated approximately halfway between Dallas and Austin. With a population of 146,000, Cargill is a valued employer in the Waco community. Cargill’s cooked meats facility was established in 1965 and consists of 381,275 square feet of production space.
