Our North American protein business has a diverse 28,000-member team and operates over 60 protein primary and further processing facilities, distribution centers, feed mills, hatcheries, and an innovation center in the U.S. and Canada.
Our facility in Vernon encompasses 44,000 square feet of production space, supporting kettle, searing, charring, and flame broiled cooking processes to make ready-to-eat protein based products. Approximately 175 employees support this facility by processing roughly 400,000 pounds of beef, pork, chicken, and turkey products per week to supply customers like Del Taco and Applebee’s.
