This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

Over Cargill – waar chocolade begint

In Zaandam produceren we cacaomassa: de basis voor talloze lekkernijen over de hele wereld. Wij leveren deze halffabricaten aan onze klanten in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, die er hun magische chocoladeproducten van maken.
Met drie productielocaties in de Zaanstreek is Cargill een gevestigde naam. En nu zoeken wij versterking voor onze Aurora-locatie in Zaandam:
Procesoperators (2e Operator / doorgroei naar 1e Operator)
⚙️ Wat je gaat doen
Als operator bij Cargill werk je in een hightech omgeving waar ambacht en innovatie samenkomen. Je leert het proces van boon tot cacaomassa van binnen en buiten kennen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s groei je stap voor stap richting zelfstandig 1e Operator.
Jouw taken:
- • Opstarten, bedienen en bewaken van het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer en in de fabriek
- • Verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen
- • Nemen van monsters en controleren van kwaliteit
- • Beladen en lossen van tankboten, vracht- en tankwagens
- • Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens
- • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, hygiëne- en bedrijfsvoorschriften
Wat jij meebrengt
- • Een Vapro B, MBO-4 Procestechniek of AOT-diploma
- • Interesse in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie (bonuspunten als je van chocola houdt )
- • Basiskennis van besturingssystemen (zoals PCS7)
- • Een praktische, leergierige instelling en oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
- • Bereidheid om te werken in 5-ploegendienst (volcontinu)

- • Salaris: €3.467 – €3.888 bruto per maand
- • Ploegentoeslag: 33,5%
- • 13e maand + 8% vakantiegeld
