Job Purpose and Impact
A/O Assistente Administrativo fornecerá suporte e realizará atividades administrativas e financeiras junto a equipe de cobrança da Cooperativa de Crédito da Cargill, localizada no escritório corporativo em São Paulo.

Key Accountabilities
- Aplicar conhecimentos sobre as operações financeiras, políticas internas e procedimentos para a realização de processos de cobrança.
- Agendar e coordenar reuniões.
- Solicitar, coletar e organizar documentação e atualização cadastral no sistema.
- Administrar e responder mensagens telefônicas, whatsapp e emails sobre rotinas administrativas e financeiras.
- Outros deveres como atribuídos
Qualifications
- Conhecimento no pacote office intermediário (criar apresentação, elaborar planilha, realizar proc V, proc C)
- Experiência na área cobrança (fechamento de relatório mensal, emissão de boleto, emissão de contrato etc)
- Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas
