Job Purpose and Impact

• Assist in regulatory label compliance for domestic and export market. Label content management including
• Database compilation for  Compliance Specification (eg: the ingredient statement, allergen information, nutrition facts).
• Compilation of emerging regulatory contaminanst requirement mainly 3-MCPD , GE , PAH4, PHO related to TFA, MOAH & MOSH .
• Assist in gaps identification in Regulatory Compliance assessment.
• Assist in arrangement of sample for shelf life study programme.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in gaps identification in Regulatory Compliance assessment.

• Assists in projects such as : 
  •  Label assessment – 30%
  •  Specification compliance assessment – 30%
  •  Emerging contaminants assessment - 30%
  •  Lab works & activities – 10%

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• Food technologist & food science back ground.
• Strong analytically mindset; detail & focus; self-starter.
• Strong in excel & organization skill.
• 6-12 months duration of internship
• Willing to be based at Westport
