This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.

Como Recepcionista da fábrica de Nutrição e Saúde Animal, em Itapira, você executará processos de rotina e processos administrativos relacionados a solicitações de clientes internos e externos, coordenação e logística de reunião, orientações de segurança aos terceiros.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Entregar serviços de apoio secretariado, administrativo e relacionado as atividades da Unidade/Fábrica..
- Sob orientação, coletar, registrar, classificar e arquivar informações.
- Processar e coordenar solicitações rotineiras de eventos internos.
- Apoio no lançamento de notas fiscais
- Apoio na criação de pedidos de compra
- Outros deveres como atribuído
Qualificações
- Experiência com atendimento ao público.
- Experiência com atividades administrativas.
- Pacote Office: intermediário
- Idioma Inglês e Espanhol: diferencial
