RMS Cost Analyst

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
Job Purpose and Impact
The RMS Cost Analyst, will perform basic analytics and market intelligence activities for the organization. In this role, you will assist the team to research data, market information and trends. You will create and maintain modeling tools and systems and help analyze data and interpret and execute strategies and learn best practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct routine research using readily available internal and external data sources.
- Compile, validate, organize, and update data for existing analytical modeling tools and systems to help develop strategies.
- With frequent oversight, conduct analysis requiring a basic understanding of data management and analytics data design principles, concepts and practices.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Collaborate closely with a multicultural team across EMEA region.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds to support business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Fluent inSpanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
