Job Purpose and Impact

The General Laborer II will perform physical production and warehouse responsibilities with an understanding of policies and procedures with regular guidance. In this role, you will support production operations while following all Food Safety and regulatory polices as required.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform positioning of materials and parts for production per product specifications and production schedule.
• Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with regular guidance.
• Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck.
• Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment.
• Hand pack product into materials.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned
