Assistant Sales Manager - Japan
Job Purpose and Impact
The Assistant Sales Manager will develop and deploy tactical coordination across multiple areas such as contract management, investment operation, forecast and demand planning, target deployment, reporting and analysis, system and data management and variable compensation. In this role, you will perform moderately complex expense management and administrative tasks and develop and deploy new concepts, techniques and standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the correct application of the information rules for the programming data is applied in the internal systems.
- Develop new reports and materials to support the sales routine.
- Conduct the commercial stage of the demand process and guarantee the cascading of the guidelines in the commercial goals.
- Partner with the supervisors or managers for the calculation of investments and variable remuneration.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of 3 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Customer focus and service oriented.
• English communication skills at business level (verbal, written), TOEIC 800 and above
• Japanese communication skills at native level (verbal, written)
