Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Global HR Process Consultant will design, develop, implement and measure a complex human resources domain operational process excellence across the business and function. In this role, you will drive the design and continuous improvement programs of change with employee experience at the center, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders within the process area.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop the operating model of a complex domain process by working closely with human resources leaders to drive continuous improvement across the assigned domain, influence leadership and understand the complexity.
- Design an integrated end to end human resources domain process in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy, integrating the sub processes and enabling the processes with people, technology and data.
- Partner to evolve the capability associated with the process and technology, identify opportunities to optimize processes for improved user experience and conduct regular reviews of standards and success measures.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements, track progress and develop solutions to close the gaps.
- Ensure the development and implementation of process and technology are aligned with governance and with end to end process standards.
- Define a process for and manage the updates to the taxonomy of services across HR (i.e., catalogue of services) ensuring regular updates to the roles and responsibilities are conducted.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. The preferred location for this role is based out of Wayzata, MN.
The expected salary for this position is $79,609-$102,363. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
