Job Purpose and Impact

The Advisor, Global Talent Acquisition Process is a strategic role responsible for partnering with the global talent acquisition team to govern, enhance and develop global talent acquisitions processes. You will continuously ensure our processes work hand in hand with the technologies and people who use them. This role will be strategic and forward thinking, requiring extensive  recruiting and talent acquisition process enhancement experience, including extensive experience in building relationships with Talent Acquisition leaders and working with other enabling partners across the HR team.  Comfort in ambiguity and ability to influence across a large global team will be critical to success.   

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop a comprehensive global talent acquisition process improvement strategy including initiatives to embed, adopt and maintain governance of these improvements. 
  • Use of related metrics, data analytics and reporting to ensure governance and consistent compliance of core steps in the talent acquisition process.  
  • Communicate to the recruiting team regarding talent acquisition process, policy and program updates and lead or act as a key participant in audits and reviews to ensure compliance and direct the execution and implementation of regional accountability measures and processes. 
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows and procedures to enhance the speed and quality of the hiring process. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and tools that support recruitment efforts. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal results. 
  • Identify local, regional or global process challenges and gaps and take action to create solutions, including recruitment dashboards and the creation of standard operating procedure documents. 
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and industry standards to maintain compliance. 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure fair and unbiased recruitment practices. 
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to identify and address any compliance issues. 
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall Hiring Managers, Interviewers, HR Managers, Recruiters and Candidates experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, HR Managers, Recruiters and Candidates at every stage of the recruitment process. 
  • Gather feedback from users in the recruitment process (Hiring Managers, Interviewers, HR Managers, Recruiters and Candidates) to continuously improve the recruitment experience. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Ability to make recommendations to improve global talent acquisition processes 
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes and protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading global talent acquisition process improvements.  
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence key stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Experience leading a significant process transformation and/or talent acquisition related projects. 
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices. 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other HR technology tools. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. 
  • Adept with leveraging data to build KPIs/metrics, including determining, measuring, elevating, and monitoring performance on a regular basis, develop actions/strategies based on outcomes and story tell leveraging data.
