Admin Executive - Kurkumbh
Job Purpose and Impact
The Administrative Support Executive will provide various office and location support activities. In this role, you will ensure day to day administrative functions including time office operations, labour contractor coordination, site security and transport facilities to ensure smooth functioning of site operations, consistency of documentation, availability of shared resources and compliance with company standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and proofread internal and outgoing documents to ensure alignment with corporate standards and business practices.
- Coordinate and regularly update content for announcement boards, postings, screens and shared internal electronic resources.
- Organize and facilitate events, meetings and presentations and inspect meeting facilities to ensure event requirements are met.
- Organize trainings using mandatory employee certification matrix and maintain all related records.
- Ensure that facilities, office and business support services operate effectively and efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison for local authorities.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Handle canteen, bus and cab services and general housekeeping of facility.
- Monitoring daily attendance, overtime of staff and contract labor
- Maintain and verify biometric and manual attendance records
- Generate attendance reports & coordinate with HR / Payroll team for attendance and data submission.
- Coordinate with labor contractor for timely deployment of workforce.
- Verify admin related contractor bills and timely processing.
- Ensure contractor compliances with labor laws and maintain records as per factory act compliance.
- Coordinate with security agency and conduct periodic audits / drills.
- Plan and manage company transport for employees (bus, cab, etc.)
- Support other admin activities like housekeeping, canteen, stationary, facility management as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Admin role
- Shift Timings will be 9 am to 6 pm and its 6 days working from office
- Location is Kurkumbh which is 75 km from Pune
- Should have good experience in Manufacturing plant environment
- Should have good exposure in managing the plant facilities
- Good communication skills
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
