Job Purpose and Impact

The Innovation Specialist II will provide advice and consultation to internal and external partners about nutritional solutions and technology by partnering and working alongside the local commercial and technical teams. In this role, you will enable the business to enhance its commercial growth agenda by bringing its best technology to an exclusive set of prospects at country level.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage innovation projects for defined country, by leading improvement initiatives of existing portfolio and involving in relationships with external company suppliers.
• Partner with key accounts and develop the approach with the local commercial team to achieve trusted technology advisor, including delivering technology studies for defined regions or areas.
• Optimize customer nutritional requests, crafting the best offer from a nutritional and commercial perspective, including translating customer needs into portfolio renewal and development and making the link between strategy defined and portfolio development.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery of ration formulation tools.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, Doctorate degree
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, statistical application software.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
