Senior Consultant, Org Design and Change Management

Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant - Org Design and Change Management shapes and delivers organization design and change strategies that strengthen the capabilities needed to achieve the organization's strategic objectives. The job partners with various internal organizations (businesses, functions, etc) to support them in their transformative journeys, by analyzing operating model effectiveness, suggesting improvement options, evaluating and re-designing organization structures, and enhancing the change capability within the organization.
You will be joining the our HR Strategy Execution & People Analytics team; we are a global team with the mission to deliver organization solutions that bring clarity and confidence to change — equipping HR and business partners to lead sustainable growth long after our engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Develops and implements complex organization design and organizational change initiatives to improve organizational capabilities, promote process improvement initiatives, and evaluate organization design to cultivate employee engagement and improve organizational effectiveness.
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Analyzes organizational needs and develops strategies to support organizational central initiatives, and leads the successful adoption of new or changing processes, programs and strategies.
- TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT: Guides and consults partners and teams involved in organization design and change initiatives, coordinating discussions and workshops and applying expertise in organizational change methodologies to deliver effective interventions.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners to understand and align the business capabilities, and engage with stakeholders to help improve awareness and adopt standard organizational design and change practices.
- PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Partners with leaders and across the center of expertise to deliver development and transformation goals, performing assessments and analyses to find opportunities to enhance operating model efficiency, organization structure, change capacity and skill capabilities.
- CHANGE ENABLEMENT: Applies impact assessments, readiness plans, stakeholder maps, and adoption metrics to govern organization change and transformation delivery.
- PROJECT TEAM ENABLEMENT: Partners to deploy relevant capabilities; facilitates development and collaboration to provide the team with necessary skills, tools and knowledge in support of a culture of learning and knowledge.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners with key vendors and collaborators to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies, and makes suggestions to improve program design and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of being able to diagnose various organizational contexts, design the relevant needed interventions and execute them.
- BA / BSc degree
- Post-graduate education, certification, or advanced professional training in Change Management, Organization Design, Organization Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related disciplines is required
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Org design and change management education and experience are a must as described above. Here are some qualifications that would be ideal: PROSCI, CODP, APMG
- Master's or Postgraduate Program on Organization Development, Organization Design, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Strategy, Business Transformation
- Proven track record of being able to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and organizational contexts
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and provide thought leadership, with strong skills in designing impactful organization solutions, advising stakeholders in real time, and influencing without authority.
- For this position 7 years of direct exposure to organizational change will be a significant advantage
