Master Data Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact
The Master Data Specialist will be responsible to execute on our master data setup and maintenance. We seek a skilled analyst who will partner with all business functions and Digital Technology and Data organization to lead and execute the business data requirements.
This is a temporary replacement role with an expected duration of 18 months. We offer a hybrid working model following the onboarding period.
Key Accountabilities
- Support data and process improvement efforts, including the identification, re-design, and implementation of opportunities identified utilizing data from audits and metrics.
- Monitor master data overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Very good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within the information technology function.
- Experience with data processes for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Two years in a relevant business experience.
