Cargill, Incorporated seeks a FT Corporate Development Manager. Company headquarters is located in Wayzata, MN.

This position requires

• a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 3 years of related experience.
• In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience.
• Must also have 36 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:
  • (1) participating in the support, coordination and execution of transactions across a broad array of businesses and regions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments;
  • (2) conducting financial analysis as directed to assess value of acquisition target companies and synergies using discounted cash flow, cost of capital, comparable analysis methodologies and attractiveness of proposed transactions;
  • (3) supporting due diligence across functional areas on merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions; and
  • (4) supporting preparation of presentations and pre-read documents for company’s senior leadership and Board.
  • May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.
  • All experience may have been gained concurrently.
  • Less than 10% domestic and international travel required.
  • This position will supervise subordinates assigned to their projects. Job titles include: Senior Associate, Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst.
