Job Purpose and Impact

The Internal Communications Specialist (change management) will coordinate the development and execution of communication strategy and materials, key regional business development projects and/or change initiatives. We seek a professional who will create various effective internal communication solutions to support business development and growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, execute and lead communications strategy and change management plans, define success metrics, for key regional business development projects and/or change initiatives, as well as change management work streams with a structured methodology/ process and providing updates to management and project teams, measuring performance.
  • Execute and lead large-scale, marketing communications.
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Use thorough knowledge of communications and change management tools to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint and similar visual impressions.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preffered Qualifications

  • Experience in providing the framework, necessary guidelines, change management plans, communication materials that will enable and support projects
  • Experience in international environment, agriculture or animal nutrition is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and influence for cross-functional teams 
  • Strong Communication skills (written and verbal): clear, concise, creative and persuasive
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Polish and English fluency
