Job Purpose and Impact

The Facilities Administrator, will provide various office and location support activities. In this role, you will ensure consistency of documentation, availability of shared resources and compliance with company standards.

You are expected to be based in our feed factory in Dalton, Thirsk UK.

LOCATION: Dalton, Thirsk YO7 3HE (UK)

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and proofread internal and outgoing documents to ensure alignment with corporate standards and business practices.
  • Coordinate and regularly update content for announcement boards, postings, screens and shared internal electronic resources.
  • Organize and facilitate events, meetings and presentations and inspect meeting facilities to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Assisting Senior Management when required.
  • Ensure that facilities, office and business support services operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience as Office Manager/ Office Administrator 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Independence and great work organization, ability to set priorities
  • High level of communication skills and personal culture and professionalism at work 
  • Experience working with different departments, building trust & reliability
  • Practical knowledge of MS Tools – Excel, Power Point and system SAP 
  • Open to work 37.5h per week
  • English fluency 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Some accounting experience preferred due to raising Purchase Orders & requisitions on SAP
