Job Purpose and Impact

The Global Customer and Consumer Insights Specialist will be part of the Commercial Excellence Global Insights team and will have direct contact with insights teams across enterprises and regions, as well as key cross-functional leaders across the business.

With the ambition to advance insights capabilities across the organization with the goal of making Insights a strategic business partner, in this role you will plan, lead, execute and analyze customer and consumer-oriented insight activities to support the strategic direction and innovation development while ensuring a collaborative, value added partnerships with the key stakeholders at the enterprises.

Key Accountabilities

•    Lead, plan and execute on-demand research projects that are key for the business.
•    Leverage consumer and customers data to generate insights that allow the development of strategies and actions that lead to opportunity identification and growth.
•    Be customer first. Participate, lead and influence team discussions by bringing the voice of the customer to them.
•    Contribute to a system for aggregating, filtering, and presenting synthesizing relevant customer and consumer learning from multiple sources (primary and secondary research, trends, social listening, etc.)
•    Build partnership across teams and suppliers to maximize impact and value
•    Monitor market conditions, trends and competitors to project business consumer demand and plan product launch timing.
•    Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research field or similar
•    Minimum of five years of related work experience in a Consumer, Customer or Market research role
•    Business to business or business to customer experience in the food industry.
•    Track record in delivering business value by translating insights into tangible business opportunities.
•    Experience working on the client side, developing insights capabilities and programs to elevate the role of the function.
•    Fluent in English is a must
