Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Coordinator, will help design, communicate and implement an operational plan to complete an engineering based project. In this role, you will help monitor progress and performance of the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
Key Accountabilities
• Help monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Contribute to ensure project results meet requirements in regards to technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Help plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Regularly help measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Ability to handle communications with multiple stakeholders and pursue action items to be completed in a timely manner.
• Results oriented and energetic
• Proactive and quick learner

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering or equivalent experience
• Basic-intermediate English level
• Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel…etc).
