Job Purpose and Impact
The Executive Assistant position will provide administrative support virtually to leaders across Cargill. The person in this role will make independent decisions and collaborate closely with leaders on calendar management, meeting agendas, global travel coordination, communications, some finance related tasks, among other things. We seek an experienced administrative professional who will coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative functions and deliver excellence to multiple stakeholders, depending on the needs of the clients.
Key Accountabilities
Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies, and procedures to perform moderate to complex administrative processes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements.
Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistics for more complex meetings and travel.
Assist with training of lower-level employees or new team members.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Advanced Microsoft Office experience – specifically strong in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Professional language proficiency in English , Spanish both written and verbal
Preferred
Proficiency in Portuguese
