Position Purpose & Summary
To Handle Admin related activity in CBI Kurkumbh Plant.

Principal Accountabilities
Facilitate to Drive Safety initiatives: 
•Facilitate to Drive SAFETY initiatives, Coordinate with EHS Manager, Plant manager and other cross-functional leaders. Participate in safety initiative (focus ON LIFE, SAFE START, SAFE TRACK, NEAR MISS REPORTING, SAFETY COMMITTEES). 

Administration: 60%
• Travel arrangement and management like hotel and vehicle booking etc.
• Event management & celebrations like birthday celebration, festivals & other engagement activities.
• Staff welfare management like amenities, cafeteria, food arrangements etc.
• Parking area management as per MIDC (Maharashtra State Industries Corporation) norms.
• Co ordination for lease and contract agreement for ware house, security contract labor etc.
• Interaction with vendor for admin related work and bill submission and clearance.
• Interaction with labor contractor for smooth work flow .
• Taking care of admin related repair and maintenance.
• Maintenance and working condition of admin facility like cafeteria, rest room, store room, printer etc.
• Prepare daily reports required by management on timely basis.
• Coordination with plant team for smooth functioning of operations.
• Support FSQR team for quality policy implementation.

• Pay roll and attendance management of employees and contract labors. 20%
• Interaction with Government Authority & other external stakeholders.
• Maintenance of Statutory register, records and returns under various labor law.
• Leave record and OT maintaining and management.

Education, Experience, Skills

Required Qualifications

• Graduate ,B.B.A - Management, B.A - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization
• 3-5 Years of experience in Admin.
• Knowledge of Admin Process
• Admin & facility related knowledge.
• People management skills.
• Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills for multiple levels of Cargill and customer organizations.
• Good Analytical and Problem solving skill.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualification
• PG:-MA/ MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
