APAC Product Line Manager (Cocoa Sustainability)
Job Purpose and Impact
The APAC Sustainability Product Line Manager will be responsible for the commercial strategy for Sustainability in APAC, understanding APAC customer needs on sustainability and translating them into value propositions which drive growth in the region. In this role, you will work with field sustainability, sustainability sales and marketing to map and drive the commercial implementation of the strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Create multi-year Roadmaps by region/segment/customer in alignment with the Product Line Architecture, translate into compelling value propositions and maintain a relevant innovation pipeline.
- Engage with Sales, Marketing and PLM teams to develop a credible implementation plan for the commercial strategy. Lead annual process of evaluation and update. Give input in iBP cycles and related sales gap-closing plans.
- Manage the Sustainability margin, in alignment with the cocoa Margin Managers and Sales. Financialize the value propositions, considering end-to-end costs, benefit for the customer, competitor offerings.
- Provide input to business cases on innovation / investment related to cocoa Sustainability in alignment with cocoa Sustainability team.
- Provide input to customer Marketing communications/campaigns on Sustainability.
- Provide effective communication of the sustainability commercial strategy, growth objectives, sales initiatives, sales results and changes in the competitive landscape to the team and across businesses routinely.
- Partner with the sales team to build a strong opportunities pipeline and be the commercial resource in the commercialization process to make recommendations on advancing new projects based on the business case.
- Partner with research and development, supply chain and operations to ensure a high success rate of commercialization.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Business or Sustainability experience
- Confirmed ability to learn quickly and think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically
- Project Management experience, leading via influence, customer facing, cross-functional teams
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
