Job Purpose and Impact

The North Asia Execution Lead will lead the delivery of larger, more complex capital build projects for multiple businesses within the region. In this role, you will lead a team of capital project resources, and partner with capital leaders, functional leaders and external service providers to successfully deliver the portfolio of capital projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the capital project delivery of larger, more complex projects to multiple businesses in the region, providing overall leadership to ensure consistent implementation of and alignment to the corporate capital excellence system.
  • Provide the plan for executing the capital project portfolio, ensuring resource staffing and project objectives are aligned with the strategies of the multiple businesses.
  • Responsible for an aligned set of performance metrics for the portfolio of capital projects and identifying opportunities and solutions for improving the performance of capital build projects.
  • Partner with capital leaders, cross-functional leaders, corporate capital and engineering resources, to leverage knowledge and strategies that increase the value captured throughout the portfolio of capital projects.
  • Develop and foster partnerships to assess, identify and bridge gaps as well as identity process improvement opportunities and solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with capital planning portfolio management
  • Experience with technical gap assessment and solution identification
  • Engineering and technology discipline and domain knowledge
