Job Purpose and Impact

The Integration Analyst is the end-to-end coordinator of a solution deployment across technology verticals to ensure the integrity and quality of project deliverables including budget parameters, timelines, and agreed-upon scope.

The Integration Analyst ensures that key functional/technical areas are well understood and managed across multiple technologies and/or functional areas so that the Technical Development teams are enabled to meet business requirements, design objects, and understand infrastructure impacts.  This position is accountable for the quality of the solution delivered back to the business. The Integration Analyst is the single point of contact for the project related to application integration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Help analyze variances from the project plan, compile alternatives, and execute the preferred recommendations.

  • Provide moderately complex business model design services for development.

  • Track and process requirements, and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.

  • Help integrate a subset of moderately complex process areas, including data, education and security across a small subset of the organization.

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with application development lifecycles, systems integration technologies, and integration designs.

  • Experience working with 3rd-party implementation partners in implementation scenarios.

  • Familiarity with Project Delivery Process (PDP) Methodology

  • Familiarity with  Requirements Analysis and Solution Design process framework.

  • Experience working in and/or deploying SAP or other ERP environment and footprint applications.

  • Experience with internal and external integration tools and solutions (e.g. Boomi, API gateway, TIBCO, MFT, SAP PI/PO, SAP DI etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business/technical information and make recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to drive work and influence others without a direct reporting relationship

  • Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments

  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly with strong problem solving/decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive for results

  • Conflict resolution skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with many levels of the organization and cross-function/platform

  • Basic understanding and application of project management principles; including planning, cost, quality, schedule, gated process, and critical path management
