Plant Shipment Execution
Job Purpose and Impact
The Plant Shipment Execution will conduct production activities in a manufacturing or field site to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to conducting data management, reporting and analysis, shipping, client interaction, business partnership and people, resource, budget and project management.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to development, maintenance and execution of regulatory compliance procedures.
- Should have experience in Warehouse Management
- Inventory Control
- Understanding on EHS guidelines, Good Hygiene Practices requirements in Warehouse
- Contract People Management
- Team Handling
- Exposure to Dispatch Operations - Shipment Execution
- Vehicle Arrangement - Coordination with different stakeholders Distribution Planner, Trade Execution, CS Team, CTL & Transporter
- SO & DO Creation - Create SO & DO in SAP for veh entry inside Plant
- Understanding on invoicing related activities
- Should Have SAP Knowledge
- Work Experience in MS office, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Any Graduate with 3+Years minimum experience in Warehouse management or Shipment and Dispatch activity roles are required
- Need only Female candidates
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
