Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Manager will focus more on creating Tactical Marketing Plan, derived from strategy created by Category Lead, designing and overseeing Market and Business data analysis attained from Market Insight Manager. In this role, you will also be responsible in communicating and aligning all subjects above to MLT (Market leadership team).

Key Accountabilities

  • Co-create, execute, control, monitor and review country go-to-market strategy and marketing plan (incl. budget) to be consistent and aligned with Global and Regional business strategy to deliver the financial results
  • Translate Marketing Strategy into Tactical Marketing Plan (Program and Activities) to be further executed
  • Review Marketing Program on regular basis and implement ideas for business’ improvement
  • Get insight from market and customer on behavior, needs and feedback then deliver the insight to MLT as input to develop Strategic Marketing and Business Plan
  • Be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and competitive intelligence to act on decisions to strengthen the business
  • Engage with Country and Functional Leadership Team and other related cross functional team within Cargill Feed Nutrition Business. Build relationship, establish a proven track record in serving the business, gaining insights, and provide market and customer feedback
  • Responsible for Portfolio Management, Sales Capability Development, and Conduct Internal Process coordination meetings
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
