Job Purpose and Impact

The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead efforts through influence that will enable change in an organizational context through creating the definition of business needs and creating recommendations for solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. In this role, you will use advanced knowledge of the tasks and techniques used to perform complex business analysis, such as solution evaluation, strategy analysis, search and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis and design definitions, and business analysis planning and monitoring to advance business profitability or efficiency. You will effectively partner with all levels of the organization, guide others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve issues, and make challenging decisions to improve business performance. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively identify and articulate the need for change in the organization's operation and facilitate change by applying methodologies change management. 

  •  Identify and define solutions to complex business problems that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders. 

  • Use a comprehensive understanding of complex internal or external business problems to analyze the business organization or domain and document the business, data, processes, or systems and provide an assessment of the business model and technology integration. 

  • Collaborate at all levels of the organization to gather information about an organization's operations to improve systems and processes, research business processes, analyze potential impact, and effectively create and communicate recommendations to the leadership team. 

  • Understands both technical and functional design and brings perspective from all architecture domains (process, application, data, technology and security) into the solution design to support Salesforce platform capabilities.   

  • Other duties as assigned 



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience


  • Ability to program in at least one programming language 

  • Experience with software application frameworks or methodologies 

  • Experience in designing and building applications 

  • Demonstrated understanding of software design and programming principles 

  • 5+ years’ experience with CRM/Salesforce platform – Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Analytics 

  • 2+ years’ experience in an architecture role within Salesforce space 

  • Experience with DevOps – ADO, CD/CI automation software et. al.
