Regional Reliability Project Engineer

Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional Reliability Project Engineer will plan, support, and where applicable, execute reliability engineering deliverables for one or more of our broad core technology or engineering areas for capital projects in our Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers North America Region. We seek a professional who will help develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the reliability engineering field.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, design and estimate time and cost, overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components.
- Deploy reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
- Ensure the implementation of the strategic development of asset reliability centered maintenance applications.
- Participate in technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
- Execute the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
- Participate in the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance program and technology application to identify and eliminate defects.
- Oversee specific lubrication program to ensure refinement.
- Partner with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production, in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience in the application of reliability tools and/or experience in maintenance process management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with capital project management and support in a team environment, specifically with reliability deliverables
- Experience with new, cutting edge technology implementation and large scale projects
- Experience with predictive technologies (MCA, vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication)
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Profession (CMRP) certification
- Ability to read, update and design from schematics and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
