Employee Experience Specialist
Position Purpose & Summary
As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market (South China) team, this position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs etc., and some of the retained local operation deliverables, such as residence permit, work permit, p-file management, social insurance/housing fund/IT, exit, health & safety, HR support on customer/third-party audit etc. Mainly for the located or neighboring provinces, but also could support other plants within South sub-market.
The HR Solutions Employee Experience Specialist will serve as a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience specialist’s team responsible for delivering HR employee experience services to the business. Acting under general supervision, the incumbent will utilize their general HR Employee Experience/Operations knowledge to administer complex processes related to the delivery of HR Employee Experience and Operations services (closely working with CBS) within South Sub Market, mostly in Chongqing.
Provide relevant and effective consulting services to business leaders, ensuring valuable HR solutions adapted to the complexity of the business and facilitating the coordinated deployment of HR services, including any regional specific strategy requirement
Develop and sustain valuable HR solution consultative and coaching skills, and overall effectiveness of the country teams.
Drive the change management efforts and encourage a change attitude across the organization and promote the use of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering human resource solutions.
Establish the employee experience with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement
Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies
Responsible for vendor management of employee experience service providers.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
Demonstrated ability to manage and implement HR processes and client focused solutions
Experience in a shared services organization
Project management experience
Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus
Proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
Excellent English capability in written and oral
Strong willingness and capability of leaning and passion to take challenges, with potential to be developed
