Job Purpose and Impact

The SA Manufacturing Change Management Lead will be responsible for design communication plans and change efforts collaborating with internal and external partners. In this role, you will lead a team to provide the achievement of project objectives to ensure successful deployment of the new systems, processes and enhancements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead key change initiatives with a focus on business and functional leadership engagement, as well as on the ownership in delivering quality events and materials to accomplish the change.
  • Help develop the change competencies in different partners to improve the ability to successfully lead the human side of change in future projects and obtain effective sponsorship.
  • Identify the disposition for change of each team, applying change management methodologies and procedures.
  • Design and oversee the execution of communication plan deployments in alignment with the leadership team.
  • Guide critical partner activities and resources to ensure engagement during deployment phases and enablement efforts.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Fluent in english
  • Experience working with communication plans, system development and project implementation
  • Change management certification
