Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate a Yard Truck
- Must be able to back up a 53’ trailer
- English fluency over radio communication
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being met
- Be able to complete a pre shift inspection of your truck
- Ensure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followed
- Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed
- Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the dept
- Ensure you are wearing proper personal protective equipment
- Employees must always work and act safely and must accept equal responsibility for their personal safety and that of their co-workers
- Be able to work outside in different weather
- Be able to complete trailer inventory reports
Principal Accountabilities
- Perform repetitive tasks. Examples may include:
- Moving trailers back and forth, including to loading and dumping material
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Any other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience operating a jockey truck
- Prior work history in a fast-paced environment
