Job Purpose and Impact
The Parts & Equipment Buyer will support the North America Food & Agriculture businesses sourcing activities. In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to support the regional category strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute medium and highly complex sourcing events.
- Drive the implementation of regional sourcing decisions.
- Provide inputs to the regional category team for category strategy development and execution.
- Provide comprehensive understanding of regional stakeholder and procurement landscape.
- Monitor continuous regional supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Follow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of materials, goods, services and supplies.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of procurement work experience
- Negotiation experience
- Experience creating procurement or category strategies
Position Information
This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from Wichita, Kansas or Wayzata, Minessota
Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $62,000 – 80,000.
