This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Regional Capability Enablement Lead role leads a team of experienced professionals and supervisors to complete strategic plans in support of developing and delivering Capability Enablement Programs and initiatives. This job ensures alignment with the organization goals and vision regarding operating model effectiveness, activation of continuous improvement opportunities and COGS targets. This job partners with key leadership to ensure the capabilities are essential in design and transformation practices and delivers effective outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • REGIONAL PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT & LOCALIZATION
    Supports the deployment and regional adaptation of global capability initiatives, ensuring alignment with local business context, workforce maturity, and operational needs. Coordinates pilots, training, and feedback loops to ensure successful regional implementation.
  • LOCAL STRATEGY ALIGNMENT
    Translates enterprise capability strategies into actionable regional plans. Contributes regional insights to global design teams and ensures regional execution reflects business priorities, regulatory environments, and employee needs.
  • CHANGE DELIVERY & ENABLEMENT
    Facilitates change enablement activities for capability and organizational initiatives. Coordinates with regional HR and operational leaders to manage change communications, readiness sessions, and pulse checks to ensure adoption and business continuity.
  • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP
    Acts as a regional liaison between global capability teams, local leaders, and business units. Builds strong partnerships to align on timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes. Ensures that regional feedback is captured and integrated into global programs.
  • CAPABILITY & MATURITY MONITORING
    Tracks and reports regional capability maturity and adoption of new tools, processes, or skills. Leverages assessments, KPIs, and feedback to identify barriers, enablers, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • PROGRAM COORDINATION & SUPPORT
    Provides hands-on coordination support for global programs rolled out regionally (e.g., onboarding, leadership academies, workforce planning). May support training delivery, workshop facilitation, and local resource alignment as needed.
  • TEAM ENABLEMENT: Leads partnerships with key collaborators to deploy and monitor programs that provide the necessary tools, resources and training to enhance skills of leaders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience including change management. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a complex of networks of stakeholders.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Additional Information

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
