Cargill Ocean Transportation is a leading innovator in the bulk shipping industry dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and growth. We are looking for a motivated and talented Gen AI Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Accountabilities

As a Gen AI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI-driven solutions and ensuring they meet the needs of our internal stakeholders in the bulk shipping industry. You will work closely with our AI development team to create, test, and refine prompts for our key applications.

· Develop and refine prompts for Gen AI models to ensure accurate and relevant responses.

· Prompting AI models to produce the desired results and iterating on the outputs.

· Collaborate with the Gen AI development team to test and improve prompt effectiveness, including conducting regression testing and research.

· Analyze and redesign business processes for AI-driven optimization.

· Conduct research with internal stakeholders to ensure domain-specific accuracy in AI responses.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and their applications.

· Provide feedback and suggestions for improving AI-driven tools and features.

Qualifications

·  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technology, Maritime Studies, Commerce or a related field.

· Strong interest in the bulk shipping industry and its terminology.

· Demonstrated interest in generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT and Copilot.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.

· 5~6 months internship is preferred.
