Job Purpose and Impact
The Smart Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise the activities concerning automation and automation systems on the primary production site Sas van Gent. This includes: developing and guiding the team, coordinating team participating in (multidisciplinary)projects, maintain and lifecycle automation hard- and software and support the operation in the OT domain.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the deployment of team members in (multidisciplinary) projects.
- Develop and coach the team, department and team members.
- Acquisition and coordination of externally hired team members.
- Developing the collaboration with other departments; like engineering, maintenance, operation, process technology.
- First contact for automation / OT / smart manufacturing related issues to: (upper) management, engineering, maintenance, operation, process technology, IT, regional- and global automation departments.
- Manage the OT soft- and hardware change process.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory and/ or team management experience.
- Experience leading third party resources to deliver business results.
- Global knowledge of OT systems, preferably Teleperm M, PCS7 and WinCC.
