Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Purpose and Impact
The Inventory Control Supervisor will supervise a medium sized that will plan, identify and evaluate the distribution network inventories through analysis of the inventory replenishment system and conduct inventory analysis working on assignments of moderate complexity and variety. In this role, you will help coordinate multiple product lines and implement policies, procedures and applicable regulations monitoring and ensuring all finished and raw material inventories.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
- Measure and analyze inventory planning metrics targets.
- Assist in definition of inventory strategies and product segmentation.
- Provide leadership through tactical issue resolution.
- Monitor all inventory plans for Fresno location.
- Oversee the maintenance of data relevant to inventory planning activities including capacity, constraint, logistics, supplier, master and location data.
- Responsible for Maintaining of mobile power equipment and department area.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
- Experience working with SAP systems or similar ERP platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of supply or inventory planning experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Two years of plant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mobile power equipment, including power jacks and forklifts.
- Written and verbal bilingual communication skills in English and/or Spanish, Punjabi, or Hmong.

- This is a Monday-to-Friday position.
The expected salary for this position is $75k – $85k. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
