Principal Accountabilities
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures
- Perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and clogs
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Perform pipe painting on the roof as necessary
- Cover holes and repair damage to walls and other surfaces
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing systems
Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation
Ability to perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings
Experience with pipe painting and other roofing maintenance tasks
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of electrical systems and repairs
