Job Purpose and Impact
Merchandising is the job of managing Cost of Goods Sold to expand BU's margin through value capture and responsible for delivery timely, economical purchase of raw materials, packaging.
Key Accountabilities
- 국내외 원료 구매 및 수급관리 (Manage domestic and international material procurement and supply)
- 원가 분석과 비용 효율화, 공급망 리스크 대응 (Conduct cost analysis, drive cost optimization, and manage risk)
- 신규 시장·공급업체 발굴 및 원료 소싱 기회 개발 (Identify new markets and suppliers, and develop sourcing opportunities)
- 재고 및 거래 관리로 운영 효율성 확보 (Ensure operational efficiency through inventory and transaction management)
- 협업과 문제해결을 통한 수익성 강화 (Enhance profitability through collaboration and problem-solving)
- 기타 할당된 업무 (Other assigned duties)
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 신입/경력 (Entry-level or experienced)
- 학사 이상 (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- 비즈니스 영어 가능자 (Proficient in business-level English)
Preferred Qualifications
- 축산관련 전공자 우대 (Preferred major in animal science or related field)
- 동종업계 경력자 우대 (Experience in the same industry preferred)
- SAP 사용 가능자 (Ability to use SAP)
- 컴퓨터 활용능력(MS-Office, Power BI) 우수자 (Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Power BI)
