Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for executing the sales enablement strategy. In this role, you will serve as a partner in developing and sustaining solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, training, and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and event management to enable increased engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization. You will partner with internal cross functional teams to effectively implement an approach for seller-focused content curation, site management, communications, team events, and sales training and development. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide end to end ownership of sales enablement sites and/or platforms, including effectiveness and utilization measures. 
  • Lead and coordinate content curation initiatives with key business partners to deliver both internal and external insights related to market, industry and consumer trends. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create materials and deliver trainings that equip the sales team with the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to sell and to lead their sales teams effectively. 
  • Support the sales team event management, including coordination, budgets, booth design, collateral and samples. 
  • Provide communication (internal and external) and sales presentation support, including developing messaging and editing documents to professional quality for sales team and sales leadership. 
  • Curate creative graphics, as well as business, industry and customer insights for specific presentations, sales calls or internal business planning meetings. 
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Working experience designing and maintaining documents and presentation slide decks
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using content management tools (i.e. SharePoint) 
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools 
  • Experience using web-based applications and intranet platforms to organize and optimize seller-facing content 
  • Experience creating materials to support sales team training initiatives  
  • Experience planning and deploying communication and change management activities for a sales organization 

Position Information

  • Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. 
  • This is a remote position within Minnesota, and it is required to visit the office less than 5% based on business need. 
  • This position is located in Wayzata, MN 
  • The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
