This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Sourcing Contract Analyst I, will facilitate the sourcing contract related activities by following the established guidelines. In this role, you will partner with the assigned commodity owners and category owners to fulfill contract creations and amendments in related software systems. You will collaborate with internal businesses and external suppliers to create and maintain contract data in the database and ensure compliance with appropriate guidelines.
Work in hybrid system, 2-3 days in our Warsaw office.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with the assigned contract owners to follow up the pending contract items and publish them in the database.
- Ensure contract compliance with established guidelines by validating and maintaining the mandatory items, entering the approved contract template and answering queries or escalations raised.
- Apply correct contracts to open customer sales orders and partner with relevant stakeholder to resolve unclear points in the contracts and coordinate with the responsible departments to find solution.
- Handle the settlement of all contracts including rolling balances to correct trade month, amendments and any reconciliation for customer account statements necessary to support both internal and external customers.
- Prepare regular reports on contract analysis for the defined area.
- Create and maintain strategic and tactical operational contracts for goods and services assigned, including contract items, pricing, terms and conditions and new data element creation in the information systems.
- Support the assigned projects and deployment related to sourcing contract management.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Relevant work experience in supply chain
- Fluent in English and in local language
- Experience working with SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or finance
