Job Purpose and Impact

The Key Account Specialist - Account Management  will execute the sales operations strategy. In this role, you will serve as a partner to develop and sustain solutions that make the sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and data management to increase engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide end to end ownership of the customer relationship management tool platform, including effectiveness and utilization measures.
• Lead and coordinate the data management strategy across multiple systems related to customer and account manager attributes.
• Handle projects for enhancements related to processes improvements, system upgrades and user experience initiatives.
• Create and facilitate system and process training for end users.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with email, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer relationship management, reporting and enterprise resource planning applications
• Experience using content management tools
• Ability to solicit the requirements and communicate with non technical business stakeholders effectively
