Sales Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Manager will help build and maintain customer relations with strategic accounts that typically involve an international partner or major global accounts. In this role, you will help us identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business, contribute to assessing customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Help maintain and expand relationships with organizations, providing products, services and solutions.
- Help develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners and distributors.
- Promote and sell products and services to individuals or other organizations.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.
- Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five ears of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
