Non-food Sales Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Non-Food Sales Manager will lead, implement and execute all sales operations and tactics within an area. In this role, you will use your interpersonal skills to provide direction to frontline sales workforce professionals and supervisors. You will lead all aspects of sales operations activities for a portfolio of products or services within a broader geographic area.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the sales operations of miscellaneous agricultural products, including large chickens, infertile eggs, chicken manure, waste products, and machinery.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with cross-functional operations, including inventory and stock management.
- Select and manage annual auction customers, while actively sourcing new clients to enhance competitive pricing opportunities.
- Establish and improve work systems and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to ensure timely and effective business adaptations.
- Collaborate with various locations to coordinate and optimize sales planning and execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Strong agility and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Effective communication skills in English (TOEIC score of 500).
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and locations.
- Experience in FMCG or B2B sales is highly preferred.
