Shift(s) Available: 1st: Harvest 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM -Fabrication 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM / 2nd: Harvest 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Fabrication2:30 PM -10:30 PM (All shifts may vary)
Compensation: $23.65/hr
What You Will Do
- Handle, lift, and process meat products by trimming, cutting, or removing fat, defects, or contamination using knives or other tools.
- Support production by performing routine, repetitive tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
- Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products to meet customer and quality specifications.
- Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
- Knife handling skills or experience working with cutting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
- Work history in the last 12 months.
