Job Purpose and Impact

The Planner EIA will prepare routine maintenance practices, observe the process control system, and manage resources and tools to ensure the trouble-free operation of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. In this role, you will organize the maintenance and servicing of various systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Diagnosis of electrical and instrumentation devices and systems, planning repair and adjustment measures, implementation and adjustments of automation systems.
  • Maintaining the electrical integrity of installations and systems and ensuring alignment with company and regulatory requirements. Implement, monitor, and maintain best practices to improve operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and reliability excellence methods and tools.
  • Manage risks associated with electrical work and electrical installations and implement and supervise electrical safety requirements.
  • Perform repair and replacement projects, mitigate risk issues, and identify barriers to ensure completion of milestones within budget.
  • Perform the function of monitoring technical work.
  • Participate in quality maintenance planning.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Relevant experience on similar position 
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in electrical area (electrical installations, instrumentation, automation)
  • German and English language – good knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or similar
