Digital Nutrition Lead

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Nutrition Lead will translate the program objectives to a technology road map based on the overview of the research and development portfolio and capability to handle, control and balance them. In this role, you will ensure that program objectives are achieved, market and technology opportunities are understood and prioritized and customer and innovation needs are efficiently and effectively met.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that enable the program strategy and appropriately position emerging technologies.
- Define the portfolio's program targets, ensuring effective collaboration with our teams across the program team.
- Handle technology roadmap and research and development portfolio accordingly, evaluating and prioritizing projects and reallocating resources across projects.
- Execute our innovation portfolio choices to ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to ensure effective and efficient use of the portfolio's human and financial resources to deliver high quality research work and broader program targets.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Portfolio management experience, including participation in portfolio/gate review processes.
- Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization.
- Strong customer-centric, strategic and analytical mindset.
- Ability to engage with customers and translate business needs into relevant digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant industry segments/categories.
- Working knowledge of animal nutrition/ Feed/ Feed Additives industry.
- Experience in digital solutions, customer activation, marketing or commercial roles.
- Ability to connect digital, technical and commercial perspectives to create customer value.
- Ability in driving initiatives independently.
