Job Purpose and Impact

The Cost Analyst is a critical role in deploying the capabilities of the RMS (risk management and sourcing) team across the Animal Nutrition & Health Enterprise. This position will be accountable for implementing the global Cost Into Pricing model across all businesses in EMEA, bringing consistency to this core capability through multiple ERP’s, formulation systems and pricing processes. The Cost Analyst team will help to analyze cost of acquisition, replacement markets, competitive markets, value added technology and value creation through the formulation activity system while applying a consistent methodology throughout the Animal Nutrition & Health business.

We offer possibility to work remote 2 – 3 days per week after implementation period.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead projects for example new tools implementation, designing new process.
  • Design and develop more-complex analytical modeling tools and systems.
  • Conduct more complex analysis requiring a general understanding of data management and analytics data design principles, concepts and practices.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of maintained data; partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Analytical platforms (KNIME, Alteryx) + working in Excel, Power BI and SAP.
  • SQL Database (Microsoft SQL preferred).
  • Accuracy, reliability precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results within specific timelines.
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.

  • Achieving a standard of excellence within work processes and outcomes.
  • Data Visualization (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Power Automate.
  • Willingness to develop skills within an international setting and multi-disciplinary teams.
